Resignation of the supervisory person
The Management Board of Advadis S.A. in bankruptcy with composition agreement, with its seat in Kraków (hereinafter: “Company") hereby informs that on 30th March 2012, during the Issuer’s Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders, a member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board – Mr Krzysztof Maciejec resigned from his function, as per 30th March 2012. The resignation was justified by personal reasons.
