Appointment of the supervisory persons
The Management Board of Advadis S.A. in bankruptcy with composition agreement, with its seat in Kraków (hereinafter: “Issuer") hereby informs that on 30th March 2012, by means of resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders, the following persons were appointed to the composition of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board : Mr Mieczysław Halk, Ms Kamila Majkowska and Ms Bożena Kubańska.
Ms Mieczysław Halk has higher education. He is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics (Faculty of Economics of Trade and Services), and a graduate of MBA at the Univeristy of Gdańsk. He also participated in the scholarship at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.

Mr Mieczysław Halk has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept pursuant to the provisions of the Law on the National Court Register.
Ms Kamila Majkowska has higher education
She is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University at the Faculty of Management and Marketing, speciality: Management in Public Administration. Moreover, Ms Kamila Majkowska studies in the field of Foreign Trade administered by the Andrzej Frycz-Modrzewski Kraków University, Faculty of International Business.
The course of Ms Kamila Majkowska’s professional career:
April 2005-August 2008 - RO&MA S.A. – Specialist for Sales
Since September 2008-until present, ADVADIS S.A. in bankruptcy with composition agreement (currently) – Specialist for Control, Specialist for Analyses.
Mr Kamila Majkowska does not conduct a competitive business activity, does not participate in competitive companies as a partner of a civil partnership, a private company or as a member of their bodies and does not participate in any competitive legal person as a member of its body.
Mr Kamila Majkowska has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept pursuant to the provisions of the Law on the National Court Register.
Ms Bożena Kubańska has secondary education – Secondary School in Kraków.
