Calling an Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Advadis S.A. in bankruptcy with composition agreement
The Management Board of ADVADIS S.A. in bankruptcy with composition agreement, with its seat in Kraków, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS No.: 0000047106 (hereinafter “Company”), acting pursuant to art. 395, art. 399 § 1, art. 402¹, in connection with art. 402² of the Code of Commercial Partnerships, hereby calls the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders (hereinafter „General Meeting”) for 30th April 2012 (Monday), at 09:00 a.m. at ul. Jasnogórska 71 in Kraków.
