Today Mr. Ireneusz Kurczyna, former Vice-President of the Management Board and Chief Executive of the Financial & Accounting Division of ADVADIS S.A. resigned from his functions. Mr. Witold Rosiak is going to take his position of Director of the Financial & Accounting Division. Ireneusz Kurczyna is not ultimately leaving the company. He will assist in the activities leading to formation of Audit Committee, which the Company is obliged to establish under the Act on Chartered Accountants and their Professional Self-Government, Certified Auditors of Financial Statements and Public Supervision, of May 7, 2009.
