Pursuant to the Resolution of the Supervisory Board of ADVADIS S.A. of February 11, 2009, Mr. Ireneusz Kurczyna was appointed Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company. His term of office is going to begin on February 11, 2009. At the same session, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Rakocy, formerly a Management Board Member, as the new Vice-President of the Management Board.
