The Management Board of Advadis S.A. in bankruptcy with composition agreement (hereinafter “Issuer”) encloses a list of all information set out in art. 56 par. 1 of the Law on public offer and conditions for introducing financial instruments into the organised system of turnover and on public companies, published by the Issuer in 2011.

At the same time, the Issuer informs that original reports can be found in the issuer’s seat in Kraków, at ul. Jasnogórska 71. Additionally, all reports are available on the Issuer’s webpage: www.advadis.com in the tab titled "Investors’ Reports" and in PAP and GWP services: www.gpwinfostrefa.pl

Moreover, the Issuer informs that some reports published in 2011 may contain, at present, out of date information.
