Appointment of the supervisory persons
The Management Board of Advadis S.A. in bankruptcy with composition agreement, with its seat in Kraków (hereinafter: "Issuer”) informs that on 30th April 2012, pursuant to a Resolution of the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders, Mr Jerzy Bartosiewicz was appointed to the Supervisory Board.
Mr Jerzy Bartosiewicz has higher economic education. He is a graduate of the Łodź University.

Mr Jerzy Bartosiewicz does not conduct a competitive business activity, does not participate in competitive companies as a partner of a civil partnership, a private company or as a member of their bodies and does not participate in any competitive legal person as a member of its body.
Mr Jerzy Bartosiewicz has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept pursuant to the provisions of the Law on the National Court Register.
