The Management Board of Advadis S.A. in bankruptcy with composition agreement (hereinafter “Company”) publishes a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of all votes at the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, held on 30th April 2012, providing for a number of votes assigned to each of them towards the number of shares held and a percentage share in the total number of votes present at the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders and in the total number of all votes:

A number of votes assigned to the shareholder: 12.937.275
A percentage share in the total number of votes at the OMS of the Company held on 30.04.12: 57.89%
A percentage share in the total number of votes: 6,06%
3. Miłosz Brodowski
A number of votes assigned to the shareholder: 8.411.400
A percentage share in the total number of votes at the OMS of the Company held on 30.04.12: 37.64%
A percentage share in the total number of votes: 3,94%
