Service of the Decision on the declaration of bankruptcy providing for an opportunity to sign a composition agreement
With reference to the Current Report No. 1/2012 of 10 January 2012, the Management Bard of Advadis S.A. in bankruptcy with composition agreement ("Company") hereby informs that on 17th January 2012 the Company was served the Decision of 9th January 2012 on declaration on the Company’s bankruptcy providing for an opportunity to sign a composition agreement, issued by the District Court of Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 10th Commercial Division.
The aforementioned Decision will become final and binding within 7 days following its receipt by the Company.
