The Management Board of Advadis S.A. in bankruptcy with composition agreement (hereinafter: "Company") hereby announces publicly the deadlines to submit periodical reports in the accounting year 2012.

1. Quarterly Reports:
- separate report for the 1^st quarter of 2012 – 15^th May 2012
- separate report for the 3^rd quarter of 2012 – 14^th November 2012
2. Half-Yearly Report:
- separate half-yearly report for the 1^st half of 2012 – 30^th August 2012
3. Yearly Report: 
- separate yearly report for 2011 – 20^th March 2012

At the same time, the Management Board informs that the Company will not publish its report for the 2^nd half of 2012, according to § 101 par. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19^th February 2009 on current and periodical information to be submitted by issuers of securities and conditions to recognize as equivalent the information required by legal provisions of a country other than a Membership State (Journal of Laws of 2009 no. 33, item 259, as amended) (hereinafter: "Regulation"). 
Due to the fact that the yearly report will be published on 20^th March 2012 (i.e. within 80 days following completion of the accounting year), the Company will not publish its quarterly report for the 4^th quarter of 2011, pursuant to § 102 par. 1 of the said Regulation.
