Expiration of the deadline to challenge by Advadis S.A. in bankruptcy with composition agreement the Decision on declaration of bankruptcy providing for an opportunity to sign a composition agreement
In connection with the Current Reports No. 1/2012 of 10th January 2012 and No. 2/2012 of 18th January 2012, the Management Board of Advadis S.A. in bankruptcy with composition agreement (hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer") informs that on 24th January 2012 the deadline to challenge by the Company the Decision of 9th January 2012 on declaration of the Issuer’s bankruptcy providing for an opportunity to sign a composition agreement, issued by the District Court of Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 10th Commercial Division, expired. The Issuer simultaneously states that it has not lodged a complaint against the Decision in question.
Immediately after the Court ascertains that the Decision has become final and binding, the Company will publish it in a separate current report.
