The Management Board of Advadis S.A. in bankruptcy with composition agreement (hereinafter: “Issuer") informs that on 31^st January 2012 it learnt about the Decision issued on 23^rd January 2012 by the District Court of Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 10^th Commercial Division, on an appointment of Administrator, Mr Sebastian Lechkun, to represent the bondholders’ rights in the Company’s bankruptcy proceedings.
