Resignation of the supervisory person
The Management Board of Advadis S.A. in bankruptcy with composition agreement (hereinafter: “Company") hereby informs that on 13th February 2012 the Company received from Mr Mieczysław Halk his resignation from the function of the Member of the Supervisory Board.
Mr Mieczysław Halk stated no reasons underlying his resignation.
