Today, Mr. Grzegorz Waśniewski, former President of the Management Board of Advadis S.A., resigned from his position.The reason of Mr. Waśniewski's resignation involves important personal matters. Until the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Company, which will be held on October 20, 2009, Advadis S.A. will continue to be represented by Mr. Zbigniew Rakocy, currently the Vice-President of the Management Board.
