ADVADIS SA will now be headed by Mr. Lubomir Serbin, according to yesterday's decision of the Supervisory Board of the company. The newly appointed President of the Management Board is among the key shareholders of the company, with a stake of 7.7 million shares, corresponding to 3.82% of its share capital. He was the founder and owner of Nibres, an enterprise acquired by ADVADIS in the project of building a nationwide retail group in the sector of alcohol, beer and beverages; later, after Nibres-ADS was merged in the listed company, he managed the northern branch of ADVADIS.Lubomir Serbin graduated from the Nicolaus Copernicus University of Toruń, Faculty of Economics, and post-graduate studies in management and economic calculation at the Poznań University of Economics.
