The Decision on declaration of bankruptcy providing for an opportunity to sign a composition agreement becoming final and binding
In connection with the Current Reports No. 1/2012 of 10th January 2012, No. 2/2012 of 18th January 2012 and No. 4/2012 of 25th January 2012, the Management Board of Advadis S.A. in bankruptcy with composition agreement (hereinafter: “Issuer") informs that on 26th January 2012 the District Court of Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 10th Commercial Division ascertained that the Decision of 9th January 2012 on declaration of the Issuer’s bankruptcy providing for an opportunity to sign a composition agreement became final and binding as per 25th January 2012.
